All watches come with a 6-month movement warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Mechanical movement malfunctions
- Timekeeping issues not caused by user damage
Warranty does not cover:
- Water damage
- Accidental drops, impacts, or misuse
- Modifications by third parties
- Free Repair Services (Under Warranty)
If your watch experiences a qualifying issue under warranty:

- Provide your order number and a description of the problem
- Our team will assess and approve your repair request
- You will be given instructions on how to return the watch
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our service center. We cover the return-to-you shipping cost after servicing.
- Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your watch is out of warranty or requires services not covered by warranty, we offer paid repair options.
Common services include:
- Movement replacement or calibration
- Bracelet adjustments or pin replacements
- Case polishing or crystal repair
