  • Our team will assess and approve your repair request
  • You will be given instructions on how to return the watch

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our service center. We cover the return-to-you shipping cost after servicing.

    If your watch is out of warranty or requires services not covered by warranty, we offer paid repair options.

  • Bracelet adjustments or pin replacements
