Return & Refund Policy

Clear standards for returns, exchanges and defect handling to protect your purchase experience.

01Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all protective films, tags and packaging.

02Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or personalized products (name/LOGO engraving, custom dial/rotor/packaging, special materials/colors) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Clearance / final-sale items; used or damaged items not caused by transit or manufacturing defects.
03Defective / Wrong / DOA on Arrival

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos and your order number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. For confirmed quality issues, ENSNA covers reasonable return shipping.

04How to Start a Return

Email service@ensna.com with subject “Return Request + Order #” and include:

  • Order number, full name, reason for return;
  • Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

We will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns without RMA may be refused.

05Shipping & Costs
  • For non-defective returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), buyer pays return shipping.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Use a trackable and insured method; we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
06International Returns / Duties

Mark parcels as “Return Goods”. Any duties, taxes or brokerage fees incurred on return may be deducted from the refund.

07Refund Method & Timing

After receiving and inspecting the return (3–5 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/PayPal, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

08Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order unless otherwise approved.

09Custom Projects & Approvals

OEM/custom orders proceed after your artwork approval (mock-ups/CAD/print proof). As made-to-order goods, they are non-returnable except for verified manufacturing defects or our production error.

10Trademark / Logo Orders

Logo embossing/engraving requires a valid Authorization Letter & Trademark Certificate. Orders produced under provided authorization are treated as customized (see §02).
