All watches come with a 6-month movement warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

Warranty does not cover:

If your watch experiences a qualifying issue under warranty:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our service center. We cover the return-to-you shipping cost after servicing.

Customization Service
1. About Our Custom Service
At ENSNA, we provide a personalized customization service for our watches. Each timepiece can be engraved or tailored according to your requirements, making it unique and meaningful. Whether it’s a name, date, short message, or authorized logo, we ensure that every detail meets your expectations.
2. Customization Options
- Inner engraving on the back case (up to 12 characters)
- Font selection available upon request
- Optional gift box or custom packaging
- Authorized logo customization (requires valid authorization)
3. Confirmation Process
Before production, we confirm all customization details with the buyer by email or message. Once confirmed, the product enters production and cannot be changed or canceled.
4. Production & Delivery Time
Customized orders usually take 5–10 business days to process before shipment. Buyers will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
5. Refund Policy for Customized Orders
Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue or production error. If a mistake occurs on our side, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
